The Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard seeks a HUMAN RESOURCES PARTNER, Broad Institute, to provide direct HR services and consultation on organizational and operational challenges to a subset of programs and platforms. Will assist with workforce planning and act as a liaison to all HR functions; formulate an understanding of group structure, values, missions, and priorities; remain attuned to the specific needs of each Broad group; and assist groups with forecasting operational needs and driving strategic HR initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS: a bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of four years of strong, professional, and progressive HR experience with proven successful outcomes. HR professional certification preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting processes, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and other HR-related laws, rules, and regulations required. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and exhibit excellent multitasking and customer service skills. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing needed. Must be able to articulate the complexity of business needs and capable of recommending practical solutions based upon those needs. Excellent teaming, interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills required. Experience within the biomedical/biotechnology industries and academia a strong plus.
