The Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard seeks a STAFFING SPECIALIST I, Broad Institute, to provide proactive staffing support and counsel to multiple program/platform groups. Will manage and execute the full life-cycle recruitment process to attract qualified candidates and fill open positions with top talent, exercise sound judgment and exert influence on relevant objectives and the long-range staffing goals of the organization; and coordinate and execute visa and work authorization policies and procedures for job candidates.

REQUIREMENTS: a B.A./B.S.; a minimum of three years' experience in a high volume recruiting environment, preferably in the life science industry or as a technical recruiter; demonstrated ability to recruit, select, and hire qualified and diverse applicants; and ability to determine effective recruiting and sourcing strategies. Must be able to exercise sound judgment when problem solving and demonstrate responsiveness, a strong bias for action, a sense of urgency, and a customer focus. Must also demonstrate the ability to foster positive business partner relationships and establish and meet work plans while juggling multiple priorities. Should be flexible.
